Currently, HTM has 15 QAQC engineers to take care product quality. All items must test with NDT materials test and precision measuring. QAQC Procedure and control process are applying from raw material inspection, process inspection and FAT inspection to ensure the quality of the final product.
Presently, HTM has 19 service engineers who taking care of after sales service. Our policy is to dispatch engineer to fulfil customer requirement within 24 hours after call made. Area include Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Shandong
region. For other regions we will arrive in 48 hours, for special circumstances it according to user’s requirements.
QAQC AND AFTER-SALES SERVICES
a. Provide technical advice and technical training, necessary technical documents and spare parts.
b. Collect feedback or information from users and customer, and to improve accordingly.
c. Ensure the warranty are in order.
d. Provide commissioning, maintenance service and replacement spare part in FOC if due to quality problem.
HTM had signed “Service Agreement” with Titan (Singapore), Titan will provide worldwide after-sales service(exclude China mainland) on HTM behalf.
