Since June last year, my country's exports of ship equipment have basically maintained a relatively stable level, with monthly exports varying between 210 million and 240 million US dollars.
 
(1) Radar and radio navigation equipment parts and other welding chains are the main products exported from marine equipment, accounting for nearly 30%
 
In January 2012, the export volume of radar and radio navigation equipment parts was the largest in my country's ship equipment exports, reaching US$38,618,800, accounting for 17.5%, an increase of 16.4% year-on-year. This is followed by other welding chains, with an export value of US$33.793 million, accounting for 15.3%, a year-on-year increase of 35.1%. Once again, it is a component of marine diesel engines, with an export value of US$24.653 million, accounting for 11.2%, a year-on-year increase of 17.4%. The above three categories of products accounted for 44% of my country's ship equipment exports in January.
 
In January, there were 8 categories of products with an export value of over 10 million US dollars for marine equipment, all of which showed an increase in export. Among them, the largest increase was in other radar equipment, with an export value of 11.265 million US dollars, accounting for 5.1%, a year-on-year increase 4581.7%; the smallest increase was in other radio navigation equipment, with an export value of US$17.476 million, accounting for 7.9%, a year-on-year increase of 6.8%.
 
(2) Asia and Europe are the most important markets for the export of my country's ship equipment. The Asian market accounts for more than half of the total, and exports have fallen by nearly 20%.
 
In January 2012, my country exported ship equipment to 137 countries and regions. As the two largest export markets in Asia and Europe, exports accounted for 70.2%, of which US$117 million was exported to Asia, accounting for 52.7%, down 19.1% year-on-year. Exports to Europe amounted to 38.642 million US dollars, accounting for 17.5%. A year-on-year decrease of 7.8% (Exports to the EU amounted to USD 27.627 million, accounting for 12.5%. A year-on-year decrease of 17.4%). Exports to North America amounted to US$32.994 million, accounting for 14.9%. A year-on-year increase of 35.4%. Exports to Africa amounted to USD 17.387 million, accounting for 7.9%. A year-on-year increase of 281.9%. Exports to Latin America were 12.4955 million US dollars, accounting for 5.7%. A year-on-year increase of 143.5%. Exports to Oceania amounted to US$297.41 million, accounting for 1.4%. A year-on-year increase of 16.9%.
 
Among the export destinations of ship auxiliary equipment by country and region, the export to Japan ranks first, with a total value of US$31.260 million, accounting for 14.1%, a year-on-year increase of 20.3%. Exports to the United States ranked second, with a total value of 28.793 million US dollars, accounting for 13.1%, an increase of 32.2%. Exports to Indonesia ranked third, with a total value of 18.91 million US dollars, accounting for 8.6%, an increase of 989.1% year-on-year.
 
      In January 2012, there were 6 countries with an export value of more than US$10 million for ship equipment. Among them, 5 countries saw an increase in export value. The largest increase in export value was Indonesia; the only decline in export value was South Korea. The export value of ship equipment to South Korea was US$17.517 million, accounting for 7.9%, down 25.1% year-on-year.
 
(3) Ship equipment export is dominated by general trade and processing trade, accounting for 95%, and export by general trade increases by nearly 60% year-on-year
 
In January 2012, the total export value of my country's ship equipment was US$221 million, a year-on-year decrease of 0.7%. Among them, the export of ship auxiliary equipment in the form of general trade was US$135 million, accounting for 61.3%, an increase of 57.1% year-on-year. Exports in the form of processing trade amounted to US$74.045 million, accounting for 33.5%, a year-on-year decrease of 40.7%. The export volume of foreign-contracted engineering exports was US$3.0338 million, accounting for 1.4%, up 450.6% year-on-year. The export value of imported and exported goods in bonded warehouses was US$1.2616 million, accounting for 0.6%, down 76.9% year-on-year. The export volume of warehousing and re-export goods in the bonded area was US$594.83 million, accounting for 2.7%, a year-on-year increase of 29.5%. Less than 1% of exports by border micro-trade and other trade methods combined.
 
(4) Among the provinces and cities that ship equipment is exported, Jiangsu, Guangdong and Shandong rank in the top three, Jiangsu Province accounts for nearly 30%, and Guangdong Province accounts for nearly 35%
 
In January 2012, there were 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities in my country exporting ship equipment, among which Jiangsu ranked first, with an export value of 65.167 million US dollars, accounting for 29.5%, a year-on-year decrease of 3.9%. The second is Guangdong, with an export volume of 35.141 million U.S. dollars, accounting for 15.9%, a year-on-year increase of 34.4%. Once again, it was Shandong Province, with an export value of US$21.897 million, accounting for 9.9%, an increase of 7.8% year-on-year.
 
In January 2012, eight provinces and cities, including China, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shanghai, Hubei, Beijing, Liaoning and Zhejiang, exported more than US$10 million in ship equipment. Among them, Hubei Province has the largest increase in exports, with an export value of 18.489 million U.S. dollars, accounting for 8.4%, an increase of 36.72% year-on-year; Shanghai has the smallest year-on-year increase in exports, with an export value of 20.327 million U.S. dollars, accounting for 9.2%, a year-on-year decrease of 69. %.
