Presently, HTM has 232 employees, among which 157 employees are frontline employees, about 65% are high school degree or above. The cultivation of the frontline employees has always taken the form of “heritage, guidance and lead”,in order to ensure that production and technology will be brought forward to new employees or staffs.

HTM also send employee to participate in the skills contest organized by Taizhou and Taixing city, many employees got the first or the second prize in the “ lathe worker, welder, fitter, electrician ” contest, there exist 22 technicians,
40 senior workers and 16 immediate workers after evaluation by Jiangsu Human Resources Promote and Security Center.
